Hello and welcome, today my partner and I Jonah have done an activity about Gumboot Friday. Gumboot Friday, created by Mike King, is a day to spread awareness for others that have mental health issues. Surprisingly today I found out that there is a lot of people commiting suicide that are young which is under 25 years old. Something I’ve learnt today is actually who Mike King is.
